Count your carpeted rooms, stairs and hallways. That is your number.
The conversation that happens before, not after
The thing that separates a good carpet job from a disappointing one is almost never the equipment. It is whether somebody told you the truth at the start.
Worn traffic lanes, permanent staining, bleach spots and urine in the pad are all past what surface cleaning recovers. Cleaning improves them. It does not erase them, and anybody telling you otherwise is setting you up to be unhappy.
So we walk the rooms with you first and say plainly which of your concerns will resolve and which will not. That list has its own page, which is unusual in this trade and deliberate.

What orbital agitation actually changes
Worth explaining because it is the step that separates our price from a cheaper one.
Extraction alone sprays solution on and pulls it back off. That cleans the surface of the fiber. Orbital agitation works the solution down into the pile mechanically first, so the soil at the base of the fiber, which is the soil doing the damage, actually gets released before extraction.
It also cuts dry time noticeably, because less water is needed to achieve the same result.
This is the step cheap cleanings skip, and it is the difference between the surface looking better and the carpet being cleaner.
And why the rinse matters as much
The other half, and the one that causes long-term damage when it gets skipped.
Detergent left in carpet attracts soil. A carpet that was over-shampooed and under-rinsed gets dirty faster than it did before it was cleaned, which is why some people end up cleaning more and more often and conclude their carpet is simply old.
If your carpet feels stiff or crunchy underfoot, that is residue rather than dirt, and it is fixable.

What we will tell you that costs us money
When carpet is past cleaning. Delamination, wear through to the backing, widespread urine saturation. In those cases the money is better spent on replacement and you will hear it before you pay.
When an add-on is not worth it. Protectant on already-worn fiber is protecting something that has lost the argument. Nothing gets added to your job by anybody except you.
When a rug should not be cleaned as carpet. Wool and natural fiber rugs need different chemistry entirely, and we do not do that work rather than doing it badly.

Questions
What happens when I ring?
You count your carpeted rooms, stairs and hallways, and we give you the price on that call. No estimate visit.
What hours?
7am to 8pm.
Will the price change at the door?
Only if the count was off, and you hear it before we start rather than after.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture on request. Not beds, oversized pieces, or anything with electronics or breakables on or inside it.
Do you clean area rugs?
No. Wool and natural fiber rugs need different chemistry and handling, and running one through a carpet process is how rugs get ruined.
What is the 14-day thing?
If a spot comes back within 14 days, we return at no charge. Some spots wick up from the pad as the carpet dries.
Card accepted?
Yes, with a receipt by email or text.
